Until season 2009/2010 he has played for FC Septemvri - Sofia’s youth teams. From season 2009/2010 onwards he plays for PFC  Litex- Lovech’s second team. Dimitar made his debut with Litex-Lovech’s 1st football team on 16.05.2010. The 1st and the 2nd football teams of Lovech are the champions of Bulgaria for 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 years.

Dimitar signed his first professional contract with Litex on 02.06.2011.

Dimitar is champion with Marek for 2012/13 year in 3rd division.

On 27th of july 2013 Dimitar signet 1 year professional contract with Marek 2010-Dupnitza.

Marek is the champion of Bulgaria for 2nd division for 2013-14.

In the last 5 seasons Dimitar is  champion with  the teams for which he plays!!! Except the season 2011-12 when he didn’t play at all.

On 9th of june 2014 Dimitar signed professional contract with “Slavia 1913” - Sofia.
In 2015,Dimitar signed professional contract with “PFC Neftochimic Burgas 1962”.
From February to June 2016 Dimitar played for Pirin 2002 Razlog.
Now he is playing for Lokomotiv Sofia.
